Stuart le Gassick has coached squash at Brown University since 1989. Stuart has toured with his teams and run numerous Junior Squash camps throughout Europe, the Caribbean and the U.S.. since 1985. Roger Flynn has worked with Stuart since 2007. Roger is a world renowned squash coach.
The le Gassick Squash Elite Co-ed Prospects Camp offers a high intensity performance program designed for junior players who ultimately are interested in the prospect of playing college squash. The goal of the camp is to continue your development as a player while exposing you to a competitive college squash environment.
Camp Staff consists of Brown Head Squash coach Stuart le Gassick, Roger Flynn, former High Performance National Coach of Scotland, and college coaches from the US., and, depending on the session, Alan Clyne, Scotland #1 and World #26 and the US. #1 and World #13 Olivia Blatchford.
Five air conditioned Squash courts at the Kate Brodsky Squash Pavilion on the Brown campus.
Safety and Camper Supervision is a Brown squash camp priority. Dorms are monitored and staffed by trained Brown RA staff. All squash sessions are staffed by a Brown University Trainer.
Brown Campus & College Application:
You’ll have the opportunity to tour Brown, stay in the dorms, and eat in the dining hall. We’ll talk at length about the college application process, how Ivy and college admissions works, and strategies preparing for and taking the SAT and ACT tests.
