Devon received her B.A. at Hampshire College, designing her own major which centered on radical movements throughout United States history, with a particular focus on the 1960s. She also completed an M.S. in Higher Education Administration at Southern New Hampshire University. Devon began her professional experience in the Hampshire College Admissions Office, working initially as an admissions counselor and eventually becoming Associate Dean of Admissions, passionately advocating for progressive, student-centered, experiential learning models. She has also worked in admissions and enrollment at a small Montessori school and for a study away program in Boston. Devon joined the Division in 2022, and oversees all aspects of strategic enrollment, including recruitment, admissions, marketing and advising.
