Nick graduated Kappa Delta Pi from the University of Rhode Island with a master's degree in Education and earned his undergraduate degree in Public Administration from Roger Williams University. Before being named the inaugural Director of the Brown Collegiate Scholars Program, he served as the Chief of Family and Community Engagement for the Providence Public School District. With a background in college access work and higher education experience, he is uniquely situated to assist local students as they begin their journey toward attending a post-secondary institution. Nick believes a college education is the foundation of a fair, equitable, and just democracy.
